Harusame Noodles are thin, translucent Japanese noodles made from a starch or mix of starches such as mung bean flour, potato starch, rice starch, soybean flour or sweet potato starch. It can be boiled and saute with any ingredients, or simmer with japanese hotpot, stews and soup dishes.
It's perfect with Sukiyaki toppings. It is a healthy noodles compare to wheat flour noodles. Also ideal for salad (ahrusame salad).
