This is a flavorful Hakata Nagahama-style pork bone soup made by adding onions and other ingredients to pork extracts and cooking it over high heat, then adding white pepper, ground sesame seeds and roasted sesame seeds and seasoning it with soy sauce. A seasoning oil is also added to the soup to bring out the flavor and richness of the cooked pork bones.
