1 1b cooked Pasmily elbow macaroni
2 cups Ozaki Mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/3 cup diced carrots
1/3 cup shredded, cooked chicken breast fillet
1/2 block cheese, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
Procedure:
1.In the mixing bowl place the cooked Pasmily elbow macaroni, pour the diced green bell pepper, diced carrots, finely chopped onions, and raisins.
2. Add the shredded cooked chicken breast fillet, pineapple tidbits and cheese.
3. Combine all the ingredients and fold in Ozaki Mayonnaise then toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.
