Account Registration

How do I create an account?

Create an account in less than a minute.

  1. Go to Login / Register on our website or click on the person icon on the header.
  2. Fill out and submit the form
  3. A verification email will be sent upon completion of registration
I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?

Don’t worry. It can be reset by clicking the forgot password option in the log in box. An email will be sent with the link to reset the password.

Can I place an order without making an account?

Yes. Everyone can opt as a guest during purchase. It will of value when you create an account

Order and Payment

How to shop online?
  • Search and click on the preferred product(s) and review the details.
  • Click Add to Cart
  • Proceed to the checkout page, choose the delivery and payment method and completely fill out the required fields.
  • Once completed, submit the order to finalize.
  • A confirmation email will be sent with the order summary, reference number and delivery details
What are the accepted payment methods?

Payment is accepted through Bank Transfer, Credit / Debit Card, BPI Online, GCash, Online Bills Payments, BancNet, Paypal (Visa, Mastercard), GrabPay, and UBP Online.

Which areas can you deliver to?

Current serviceable areas are Metro Manila, some parts of Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna and Cavite. Addresses that are not within these delivery areas, our logistics unit will handle your order. For further assistance, call or message us here

How long is the delivery period?

Orders will be delivered within one (1) to three (3) working days after the payment has been validated

What are the requirements that I need to present upon delivery?
  • Proof of order confirmation
  • Valid ID with photo and signature
Can someone else receive the package for me?

Assigned or authorized representative must present the following during handover of orders:

  • Proof of order confirmation
  • Signed authorization letter from cardholder
  • Clear copy of cardholder’s valid ID with photo and signature
  • Clear copy of representative’s valid ID with photo and signature

What if I failed to receive my order?
  • Delivery will be rescheduled
  • There will be a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts. The third (3rd) attempt will cost an additional shipping fee.
  • Once the order is out again for delivery, an SMS or call shall take place.

What is the list of accepted and valid IDs?

Accepted IDs are as follows:

Primary ID- Digitized Government ID (one of the following)

  • SSS/Unified Multi-Purpose ID
  • GSIS
  • Driver’s License
  • Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
  • GSIS ID
  • Passport

Secondary ID (at least two of the ff.)

  • Voter’s ID

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes. On the checkout page choose “For pick up” as your delivery method. No extra charges

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

How can I cancel my order?

Orders that are not yet packed or shipped can be canceled. For further assistance, call or message us here

Can I return or exchange my order?

We only accept returned products for the reasons below:

  • Wrong delivered item
  • Defective item
  • Damaged item
What should I do if I receive a damaged/ defective/ wrong item?

We’re sorry for this issue. Please report the defective item within 7 days after receiving your order to our customer support at (+63) 9175216884 or esupport@mcasiafoodtrade.ph, will get in touch and arrange your return request

How can I return or exchange my order?

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

    • Return within seven (7) days of receiving the product
    • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original labels attached
    • Returned products are inspected by our warehouse QA. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
    • Wrong item delivered

We do not replace or refund products:

    • Obtained from a source other than https://mcasiamart.ph
    • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose

General Process for Returns (Both Replacement and Refund)

    • Customers must contact us here
    • Customers must provide (a) Order Number, (b) Reason for Return, and (c) Supporting Images - ex. Product Images, Tape Receipt, Delivery Confirmation
    • McAsia Mart Customer Service will confirm if return is valid for "Return & Exchange" or "Return & Refund"

Once order is assessed, customers may return the item via Third Party Logistics (shipping cost shouldered by customer)

  • Customer must include the following in the Package (a) Order Parcel (b) Tape Receipt (c) "Return & Exchange" or "Return & Refund" Confirmation
  • Return Address: 5 Esquivel St. cor Judge Juan Luna, Brgy San Antonio, SFDM, Quezon City
  • Handover the Package to your preferred Third Party Logistics

When will I receive my refund?

Processing of refund will be within five (5) to fourteen (14) business working days after the refund request has been verified.
